The city&#8217;s townhouse benchmark has been around the low-$500,000 range, making it an attractive middle-ground option for buyers who want more space without stepping into detached-home prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duncan also offers townhouse opportunities, often with slightly lower purchase prices than comparable properties in Nanaimo.
